Returned item(s) are to be returned in a resellable condition and correct packaging that has not been opened.  Opened or used items will not be refunded. 

Your store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used as payment towards any purchase with Performance Bicycle Tuning Ltd except for gift cards. Online returns will receive a store credit via email. Please check your Junk/Spam folder after 10 working days.

Complete the returns form attached and tick the appropriate reason for returning your items

2. cut

Simply attach the address label (enclosed with your order) to the outside of your return package.

3. SEND

Re-seal and pop into the post* or drop off your return directly into our retail store located at 76 Carr Road, Mt Roskill during our business hours Monday – Friday.

For your convenience, you may re-use the packaging that your order arrived in. Simply attach the PBTReturns label to the outside of the parcel**.

*Please note Performance Bicycle Tuning Ltd does not cover return postage costs for returns.

** Make sure there are no other address labels visible so the postie doesn’t get confused about where your package needs to go.
