Whether you're out training or in an event it's so important to know how to change a flat tyre should it happen to you.

​

We are running a special event for anyone that would like to build their confidence with tyre changing.  

​

Bring your bike and we'll take you through the step-by-step process of how to change a tyre and get you back on the road riding.
