Owner of Performance Bicycle Tuning and Senior Bike Technician for over 20 years. I love riding my bike, learning about bikes and sharing this passion with my customers.
My passion for bikes and the sport started as a teenager (you can read more about my journey in a blog post here entitled "From Teenage Triathlete to Business Owner). I love what I do because I am a cyclist, triathlete and Ironman finisher - I do what you do. To me a great ride is getting out there riding with friends, improving my fitness and challenging myself, in the most comfortable, safe and enjoyable way, and that's what I want you to experience too when you come and see us.

I love all things football and the thrill of riding my bike. I love a good Zwift session because of its competitive element. After leaving University, I started my working career in sales and management under the guidance of Ben Marshall. Back then it took me one hour to change my first tire, now it takes me less than a minute. I decided I wanted to learn more about bike mechanics so took on my next role as a Bike Technician.
I now have 9 years experience as a bike technician. I love that each day is different and is met with some kind of challenge to work through, especially as the bike industry evolves with disc brakes, Di2 and the advancements in bicycle technology.
I love being a part of this team that values ongoing education, embraces new developments, and knows the importance of quality service.

Every day is a fun day at work. You'll see me from time to time with arm fulls of paperwork trying to make sense of what these two have been doing. I do everything that these two don't do and try to keep them in line (impossible at times). I love riding my Avanti Hammer mountain bike that Ben bought me about 20 years ago. I have retired from recreational mountain biking and now spend my time racing around the park with my daughter so she can enjoy the riding experience on her super speedy MTB (one day I'll get an upgrade!).
I love what the team do and have achieved. I'm so glad to be apart of it.
